We’ll discuss the issue with you and look to provide a suitable outcome. This may include redelivery of the original or a substitute order. A refund may be made in the same tender as the original purchase. Any gift products requested to be returned must be in a new, resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective.

Return, Cancellation, and Refund Conditions

If you feel your Madame la Florist flowers order didn’t arrive in the best condition, you have 24h from the shipping date to advise us. Once we’re clear that they have been cared for as recommended, we will happily replace flowers;

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Madame la Fleuriste. In the unlikely event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or refund, noting the following terms:

  • Orders can be cancelled, free of charge, within 12h notice. We cannot cancel any order that has already been made up.

  • Given the perishable nature of most of our flower items, we do not offer refunds on cancelled orders that have been picked and arranged, or are already out for delivery.

  • Non-perishable products may be approved for a refund if returned in new condition.

  • Refunds can only be made back to the credit card that was used for the original purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 1 business day of the cancellation.

If the recipient is not at the address specified when the delivery is made, we will do our best to leave the product in a covered and safe area. If we do leave the delivery in what we believe to be a safe area, we will not be liable if it goes missing, lost, or damaged.

In the unlikely event that a product cannot be delivered, it will be brought back to our studio, and we will make contact with you to arrange a new delivery time and date. The customer will remain responsible for the cost of all deliveries. A second delivery attempt may incure an additional charge.
